Support for BustedBooks cleanup scans.

Planned support address: support@bustedbooks.com. Final mailbox setup is a human/account gate, but the support workflow is documented now for marketplace and trust readiness.

Billing

For checkout, receipt, refund, or scan-package questions, include the email used at checkout and the Stripe receipt/session reference if available.

QuickBooks connection

For connection issues, include the company name, approximate time of the attempt, and whether you were using sandbox or production QuickBooks.

Report questions

For report questions, include the scan package, QuickBooks company name, and the finding type or vendor that needs clarification.

Security or deletion

For disconnect, data deletion, or suspected security issues, include the account email and the QuickBooks company name so support can identify the record.

Launch gate

Support mailbox still needs final account setup.

Before public launch or marketplace submission, BustedBooks needs an approved support mailbox and published support response path. Until then, support@bustedbooks.com is product copy for the planned mailbox, not a confirmed live support channel.
